Article I

1. SwissMED.net™ works with the purpose of bringing the whole population at the highest possible level of healthcare.
2. To achieve this goal SwissMED.net™ privileges the education and the reinforcement of the dialogue between all actors of health system and the population in general.

Article II

1. SwissMED.net™ estimates that any person has the right to take part in the decisions concerning Health system.
2. SwissMED.net™ estimates that the reinforcement of a dialogue lit between all actors of health system is a determining element making it possible to achieve its goals.
3. The active participation of the population, the reinforcement of dialogue and the democratic debate can take place only between trained and informed partners.

Article III

1. SwissMED.net™ estimates that each one is entitled to the fact information must be rigorous, impartial, in agreement with the last scientific data and diffused in a comprehensible way for anybody.
2. SwissMED.net™ puts all works about it in order to make it possible each one to reach the information in the simplest and most comprehensible way.
3. SwissMED.net™ estimates that the access to information is not sufficient. The integration of information, the comprehension of the scientific data, the construction of a clear vision of the interrelationships between all elements require a specific effort and the implementation of channels and systems of diffusion adapted to the training.
4. Collaboration in the implementation of such channels and systems constitutes one of the priority axes of SwissMED.net™.
