The source code core of SwissMED.net Knowledge Navigator™ is based on an invention and a development of one of Semantech Ltd founders, before and during his activity at the co-direction of a leading university center in the field of eLearning. This system, based on a revolutionary algorithm, allows to deliver personalized learning modules, generated "on the fly", according to the learning objectives and to the individual user's profile.

The "contents" team of SwissMED.net™, as for it, has a recognized expertise in the field of scientific drafting, creation of interactive contents, expert comments and scientific review in order to offer to end users an infinite variety in manners of finding what they seek.

The SwissMED.net™ team is thus made up of MD, pharmacists, engineers, sociologists, data processing specialists and graphic designers, all having a long practice in the field of Internet, more particularly Knowledge Management, conceptual navigation and mapping as well as eLearning.

The team has with its credit successful achievements in the field of Content Managment System, of eLearning systems and Semantic Web.

Even though it is true that all our competitors are closely interested in the prospects which Semantic Web offers , they do not lay out, at the moment, of the algorithms necessary to pass from the prospect to reality. SwissMED.net™ is no longer at the stage of fundamental research.

Our team is made up of qualified and experienced people being all located at the border of specific qualification fields. Sharing of knowledge and competences, the complementary approaches of heterogeneous appearance fields, such as biology, medicine, economy, engineering, data processing and even social science made it possible to our team to develop innovative solutions impossible to consider by a unique and isolated profession.
